As a Virtual Technical Admin at FlowSper, my role revolves around ensuring that every GHL sub-account runs smoothly, efficiently, and without interruption. With over 200+ active client accounts under my management, I focus on maintaining system reliability, ensuring automations execute correctly, and keeping all funnels fully responsive and error-free.

System Oversight

All automations and workflows were originally created before I joined; my responsibility is to monitor, maintain, and ensure they continue to run correctly without delays, errors, or trigger failures.
From handling daily operational tasks to monitoring client activities, I make sure every funnel, pipeline, calendar, and integration works as intended.
Whenever a new client arrives, I build their sub-account from scratch—setting up funnels, calendars, booking systems, pipelines, and custom automations tailored to their service needs.

Performance – Smooth Operations & Client Support

Delivering a flawless GHL experience requires consistent performance across all accounts. I focus on clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness in every technical element.

Consistent Automation Execution: I ensure automations fire instantly, respond to user actions correctly, and maintain a seamless experience for both clients and their leads.
